With the current pandemic happening, every nation, every field is getting affected.
We all have seen in the history that civilizations have defeated the epidemics and always come out with better.
But our tomorrow depends on the fact of how well we are able to help our children and students build a stronger mindset during this crisis. We all can debate on anything but even science proves it that mindset is everything. How we feel inside replicates our outside world. So this is applicable in the case of students as well.
Being a mother of four beautiful and cheering kids, also as a health & wellness mentor I am serious about how schools are tackling this current situation and how much are they prepared after this crisis is over and students will be back in their classes.
Grade 5th to grade 12th are the most formative years in a students psycological development and how he/she tackles the life challanges.

After training and interacting with many individuals including parents and students as well, I would recommend the following steps must be taken to achieve the elevation in the mental setup and emotions of the students.
- Talk with students about this experience and see how it impacted them. Whether they were feeling sad, depressed, anxious, or tiring? How they were using their time and whether learned something new?
- Let them create a letter for their friends in the class representing their thoughts for them during this period of time if they would share a word to think harassment to someone went through during this experience. The ability of writing increases your brain connection with their ability to express their true self.
- Allow them to understand the present moment’s emotions what they see, what they’ve learned and want to accomplish after this experience, what do you want to see the word as?
I believe from this point schools need to dedicate one hour of their week for students to tap into something different than the regular Curriculum so that it increases their freedom their love and fashion it to studying and their future self-connection with what do you want to do after school.
